    To help my clients be as efficient with their health as possible, we utilise the InBody 230 to achieve effective, reliable, accurate, non-invasive, body composition testing. We can accurately measure and track your body fat percentage, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate (BMR) and body mass index (BMI).

G&GF was designed to be a calm and private space. It has a curated set of equipment, allowing us to work every muscle group and keep workout sessions interesting and varied.
